Welcome to HomeStory. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and, where expressly incorporated into a signed proposal or work order, our residential interior design, modular manufacturing, home renovation, civil work, lighting, and decor execution services in Bengaluru.
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Images, 3D renders, video walk-throughs, and sample illustrations demonstrate potential design directions. Final executed interiors may vary depending on site measurements, material batch availability, natural stone variations, lighting, and approved final engineering drawings.
Before project execution begins, HomeStory will provide a formal quotation detailing the scope of work, material specifications, hardware brands, delivery milestones, and commercial terms.
Project milestone payments must be made according to the payment schedule specified in your commercial quotation. Typical payment milestones include:
Final 2D production drawings, 3D renders, shutter finishes, laminate samples, and hardware choices require written sign-off by the customer before factory cutting begins. Changes requested after production approval may incur additional material and re-fabrication costs.
The customer agrees to provide HomeStory with:
Natural wood veneers, granites, marbles, real leather, and woven fabrics exhibit inherent variations in grain, texture, veining, and shade. Such natural characteristics are not considered defects. If a specified laminate or fabric becomes discontinued by the manufacturer, HomeStory will present equivalent alternatives for customer approval.
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided in good faith. Timelines may be extended due to site unreadiness, pending customer approvals, association work hour restrictions, custom material import delays, or events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
All 3D design renders, architectural floor plans, custom detail drawings, website text, and photographs created by HomeStory remain the intellectual property of HomeStory and may not be shared with third-party contractors for external fabrication without prior written consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
